We believe in doing things the right way. From the initial contact, RES will always keep you informed and updated. We always send an appointment confirmation, and reconfirm 24hrs prior to arrival.
Punctuality is a priority, if we say we will be with you at 8am chances are we’ll be parked outside 10 minutes early. Our time keeping is something we are proud of.
We have also introduced a facility for pre-arranged passwords or phrases as a security measure so our elderly or venerable customers have the peace of mind knowing who is knocking at the door.
Shoe covers are worn upon entering our customer’s premises and as electrical work can on occasions be rather messy, we will always clean up after ourselves, dust sheets and a vacuum cleaner are always on hand.

For our commercial clients we understand the importance of minimising downtime to your organisation. Whether it’s be for 10 minute or 10 hours, there will always be an impact. That is why we always double check our kit and installation items prior to arrival to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. We are also happy to offer an out of hours service should it be required.
